18k Wedding Band This Time!!!

Well, day two out with my new acquisition, the Minelab Explorer SE Pro, netted me this 18K wedding band. I only had to dig around 50 pulltabs to get this one. However, it did read a little bit higher on the smartfind screen directly above nickel/pulltab area.

Turns out the inscription in the ring is Arabic or Iranian. It reads Ehsan, October 26, 1977. I got this from a reliable source. How would I go about finding the owner?
