1846 Large Cent, Liberty looking right ,date backwards 6481. Need Help

That could be a brockage, but it's also possible it was just somebody playing around with a few coins and a hammer. I did that a lot myself as a kid. Just stack a few pennies on top of each other and give it a good whack.
Or you can just smush one coin out into a weird shape. I found a couple of 1859-1864 era copper-nickel indian heads that somebody had whacked like that.
 
A concensus amongst a few of us is, never seen a double brockage, it is not quite right for a mint one, more than likely it was someone trying to do what they did with a blank planchet of copper.

I think it is not mint related, but done by an individual.
