1800's I.O.O.F shield found with Ace 250

Nice find. Maybe it means, " Don't mess with the US." lol Skulls, crossbows, who knows. I hope you find out about this and post it, since it's such an interesting find.

Yes. These folks are full of secrets. I have posted on websites, posted on Facebook on a Lodge in Texas, Sent emails..Called folks. No one will talk about it. I know it is old, because the place where I found it once had a house that was built in the early 1800's. After reading about one of the Founders of IOOF , Thomas Wildey I am almost certain that this was from his old encampment he started when he came to my town in the middle 1800's. That is all I can find about them in my town. I found a Lodge that was in operation in 1886, but it was about 3 miles away from where I found this find. I have no Idea. My last hope is a fellow in town that deals with IOOF antiques. I will contact him as a last resort. I know he will want to purchase this piece from me so he will probably low ball me telling me oh that is worth about $100. I know after almost a year of looking for one of these on the internet it is a RARE piece. One day I will find out what it is.
