13" Ultimate DD coil on G2

I have to have this coil by relic season !!!!!

I just ordered one for my G2. I hope I made the right decision. I would like to have one for my F75. The only problem is that I only have the money for one, so I decided on the G2. If anyone has a coil for both machines, do you think I made the right decision? Anyone else with an opinion, let me know what you think also. Which machine would you choose the coil for and why. Thanks.

It's a great relic and gold and coin detector !!!!! just wait the best is yet to come!!!!

chickamauga: In my opinion you will benifit more with the coil on the G-2. Why? The G-2 will run quieter than the F-75. We are hunting a campsite and finding targets with the F-75SE that the G-2 can't hear with the 11 inch coil. BUT it may(the G-2) with the larger coil. And with no snap, crackle, pop. Like I said JMHO. HH :teknetics::minelab::fisher:

That's what I was thinking too. I felt like the G2 didn't hit targets as deep as my F75 does. If the new coil makes the G2 as deep as the F75, I'll be happy with that. I feel like the G2 does better on brass targets and I would rather dig buttons than bullets. Thanks for your opinion.

try all Metal and watch out Deeper than the F75 !!!!!

All metal is deep but if you like to id your target you will need a target that hits fairly hard to get a reading.

Nope , STILL WAITING. and thy had no guess as to when thy would get them.

I don't get it. Did thy shut down the plant or something.

I called yesterday and they said they were on the manifest to get them in two weeks. The rep also said that only me and a couple of people have them on backorder. Surely more than three people are waiting to get their coil. I've been waiting since the last of April for mine. I went ahead and ordered one for my F75 because it was in stock. The depth is unreal when doing an air test. I haven't had time to try it out in the field. Hopefully when I get the coil for the G2 it will do the same. But by the time I get it, it will be too hot to really use it until fall. Hopefully yesterday will be the last time I have to call to check on the status again.
