Finding Gold Jewelry xp deus 2

I would use whatever program suits your environment and soil the best. Just make sure you are running a max frequency of 40 khz since that will hit on the gold the best being a low/mid conductor. I have dug many pieces of gold jewelry across the target id's 39-78. You'll have a lot of digging to...

    WSAll-XL Headphones

    Sorry, I meant WSAII- XLs!

    WSAll-XL Headphones

If you are updating your remote and/or the puck, you must update the WSAXlI-2 headphones to the same version as well as they will not pair otherwise.

    WSAll-XL Headphones

I bought my WSAII-XL headphones for beach hunting primarily. Keep in mind, the XLs are water resistant up to 1 meter, the puck is not. I never have to worry about getting caught in a downpour with the XLs. Excellent, isolated sound as well.

Beach Hunting This Year Has Been Very Slow Until....

Not real deep. About 6" or so. Loud solid 55 though.

Beach Hunting This Year Has Been Very Slow Until....

I have been very frustrated this year with the lack of good finds to the point that I was starting to rethink my Deus 2 settings. They renourished my local beach this year which has brought in LOTS of can slaw and iron tidbits. Went out yesterday morning and this morning because there had been...

How to setup the Deus II for the Beach.

I have found some stainless jewelry in the 20s. I know it's not like gold or sterling but interesting to find especially when the day is slow. I have never found gold, even the thin rings and chains below 39.

How to setup the Deus II for the Beach.

I dig everything except iron signals on the beach. You'll be surprised what turns up!

How to learn the Deus II ....

Thanks for the info Calabash. I relied heavily on your videos when I bought my D2 1 1/2 years ago. I live just north of you in NC, so my settings are real close to yours. My knowledge of the machine is ever evolving. I can't emphasize enough to people to use these basic settings Calabash has...

    xp deus 2 waterproof headphones

The wireless WSAIIXL XP headphones are great. If you are looking for protection from a downpour rain. They claim to be waterproof to 1 meter. Obviously not the choice for diving though.

WSA II XL Won’t stay on my head

I always wear a baseball hat when I detect. It keeps the glare out of my eyes and helps the WSA II XL 's on my head.

    XP WSAII XL vs. backphones

I definitely prefer the WSAII XL's because they sound good and block out ambient noise. My favorite feature though is that they are water proof to 1M, so rain hunts are worry free!

    D2 Update Wish List

If you could pick a change for the D2 on a new update, what would it be? Mine is to have the option to have a larger font for program names and more characters for same. My eyes aren't what they used to be!

Loving the Deus 2 on the Beach!

If you order the D2 with the regular remote, the WS6 is included with back phone headphones. I think that package is about $1500. The WSAII-XL headphones are 200 bucks extra.

Loving the Deus 2 on the Beach!

I am under the impression that the D2 Lite with the WS6 instead of the regular remote would be more than capable of doing what you need. I opted for the regular remote because it does have slightly more capabilities, it is fully waterproof (I don't dive, but often get my detector very wet with...

Loving the Deus 2 on the Beach!

I am not an expert to be offering advice, just observations. I have been a Equinox 800 user for 2-3 years on the beach. Since switching to the D2, I have noticed a couple of advantages over the Nox: the first is the D2 will give you a faint but positive non-ferrous tone on deep targets where...

    2nd Day Deus Strikes Gold!

Yep, I bought my Deus 2, XP pinpointer, new Stavr scoop, Steve's CF scoop handle and still had 400 bucks left over from cashing in gold/silver from last year alone found with the Nox 800.
