    No they do not. I sent mine in 3 times 1.1, 1.3 and a V3i update and it came back with Vision every time. This last time they sent it back with a cool little round sticker next to the Vision saying Embedded i Software. Rooster, a early Vision owner

    Got my Vision Back from the V3i update

    It took a couple of weeks.I now have a Vision i.They installed a new sticker with a i in the middle saying Embedded Software next to my Vision on one side. They also did a pod replacement with a new keypad .There was no a manual in the box, I,m sure they will send it later when they are...

    A question about the V3i update

    Sent my Vision in for the update. When it comes back what feature will come up when you trigger forward. Can you now choose Polar Plot instead of Analise feature. Thanks Fred

    V3 upgrade

    The V3 on the box is silk screened not a decal. They can put a i decal next to it. What are they going to do with the Visions, hopefully nothing.Or may be you will get a new box. Fred

    WHITES VISION ROD

    I noticed that on my Vision and asked for a new rod,no change.What I ended up doing was to wrap foil tape around the shaft where it goes in.Its nice and tight now.

    Sent my Vision in for the 1.3 update. I included a 3 year old pin pointer with a cracked case.Also mentioned the coil did not air test high enough. And asked for new leather ear covers and a extra screen cover. Gave them a phone number to call for a credit card number for the pin pointer repair...

    Wireless headphone problem

    I had the same problem happen to me. I just pealed it off on both of them to the first seam. The sweat seems to tear the thin leather. It had it happened to me with other headphones also. With out the thin leather they are more comfortable any way,it allows your ears to breathe better.
