    I got a little worked over this ring untill i found out that the stone was c/z, but the ring is silver. I found it with my 800 about 3 in deep.

    minelab problem

    I have an 800, when i put it in pinpoint mode the tone makes a pulse sound instead of a solid loud or soft steady tone. It just started doing this today. Does anyone know what is going on??

    Thanks Steve, nice quotes. I had fun digging that stuff up. It was so hot on this hunt that my that my detector quit working. I had to pour water over it to cool it so it would work again!
