    The New Manual

    I printed the manual using two sided printing and took it to office depot. They put a cover on it front and back and a spiral spring on it for $6.00, makes it easier to use where ever you are and keeps it in great shape. I still have to look at it to navigate all the settings and info.

    Definitely help with the ears on coil, they lost a lot of customers by not fixing problems sooner. Still got Nox. but using Nokta Legend now. It’s a much more rugged machine.

    I own equinox 800 and Legend. More of a learning curve with the Legend but got it down now. Legend has fixed Minelab weak ears on coil, shaft wobble and wireless phones are much easier to pair.     I was in beach mode which is always multi and was using MW that is multi wet sand. Run in mw mode all the time on beach, seems to be more stable with the salt. Not many targets because of seasons end so everything I find is usually deep. I can run sensativity at 30 most of the time.

    I went detecting the beach yesterday, found a mens chain corroded badly. Thought it was copper or bronze, cleaned it and was marked 18 K and 30.5 grams. Tested it and as I thought it was fake. LOL

    I have both acid and electronic. The electronic by far is more accurate, I have found unmarked gold jewelry on the beach and several miss mark fake items on the beach as well with it. It is very accurate but a little pricey.
