    Had to go back.

    Went back to the virgin yard today and bumped up the silver count by 2...a 42d merc and a 50d rosy ...seven more wheat cents and a neat religious cross was a fun day!!:thumbup:

    First hunt of the year

    Got out last saturday for a couple hours...didn't think I found much and just rinsed things off today....ten coins found...1 quarter,1 dime,1 nickel and 7 pennies...but 4 of those turned out to be wheats...19d,24,(wish it had a d)36, and a 41d .Thought that was a pretty good count considering...

    Still waitin for softer dirt so sun pulled out the gps and went caching had not gone in a couple years it was fun ended up five found its for the day was nice to stomp around a bit.This snow coming does not excite me at all....come on spring!!!

    found the pretty one while hunting schrooms a week ago Sunday, the little one was found in same field as the crotal bell this past Sunday....a bonus you could say!! :shocked:
