    Sidewalk silver

It's been a while since I have had a 2 quarter day . I was working a vacant city property at the curb and the sidewalk leading to the front door with the coiltek 10x5 and these were about 10"s apart and about 4"s deep. Dimes are nice but quarters feel real good !

    Good Target Testing

I must admit that I don't do a lot of "good target testing " and the only time I circle a target is when the fe number is in the mid to high 20's and I'm listening for a high tone cause the numbers will bounce around with iron nearby. I might dig a few more plugs but sometimes it's worth it...

Where are the coins found with the etrac?

Picked up this 57 Washington today plus $2.75 in clad quarters using the 13" ultimate in some medium high grass . I hunted for an hour and half in the sun and couldn't take the heat any longer. The silver was around 8" deep.

    Silver dollar

Thanks, yeah I read into that a little. I really haven't messed with the combine feature though. I'm sure it's there for a reason .

    Silver dollar

A bucket lister for me . I found it in May and I still can't believe it. I was hunting with the stock coil and I got a nickel signal and I pulled out can slaw and after fixing the plug back I backed up and to recheck and 12" away from the can slaw I got a 9-45 8-45 and I thought it would be the...

Where are the coins found with the etrac?

Here's something you don't find everyday . I found it last week using the nel hunter coil with nails in the hole. It's a Phillipines coin and the silver content is .75 percent.

    coiltek 10 x 5

Yes , I really like this coil. I have found a lot of silver coins in city vacant lots and around old city houses. For the past few months I've been searching in TTF and it seems to really separate well but the method is slow and requires a lot of concentration. TTF definitely works though...

    Etrac to Nox 800

I'm sure it will take many hunts before you can form a real opinion on the nox's ability but you will notice the weight difference immediately and that should be a good start. I hope it performs the way you want it to. In my opinion it was you that had the luck on getting the etrac's coil...

fantastic weather day for February !

I have never compared 2 machines side by side before so I'm sure there are a lot of variables to consider and I kinda hope you find the nox acceptable to your personal standards not only in detecting but the build quality as well. Someone said they had made the shafts better now so that would...
