    New Legend Update from Dilek

WE all want the best detector for the money and Nokta/Makro wants to give it to us. We don't want a half finished machine upon release, just to gather some sales. I look at Nokta/Makro as being perfectionists, if something can be improved upon, they will attempt to do it. I am also like that...

    Tesoro silver sabre 2 parts?

Standard pot with an on/off switch. It's for a push on knob, this will still work with the round shaft, just put a shim in the center of this pot and use the Tesoro knob. https://www.taydaelectronics.com/96081-dup-10k-ohm-linear-taper-potentiometer-knurled-shaft-solder-lugs-switch-on-off.html

    What happened to Tesoro?

Back in the day, in our part of the country, certain brands and models performed much better than others, depending upon soil conditions. I remember when the Minelab Explorer first came out, it smoked everything and I couldn't afford one. Those owners were cleaning up lots more silver in spots...

Folks, there was/is the DEUS and now the DEUS II.

He bought an ORX (first Orx=#1), then he bought another(2nd Orx=#2), then bought another (third Orx=#3). :) Purchased the same model ORX three times. Not out of the normal for any of us to buy the same detector model a number of times for one reason or another.......

    Anybody use a DetectorPro Pirate?

By all means take the pirate out and once again enjoy using it. Simple to operate and use, acceptable depth and performance, which make them fun to use.

    Depth....What to expect?

Soil mineralization has a lot to do with how deep a detector will detect a coin. You can't use a freshly buried coin to be a real indicator as how deep it will detect. You disturbed the ground. Also, remember there's a lot of BS on the forums regarding depth people are finding coins. The halo...

    Fishers 1 pulse A Q Detector

Complete postings on Tom D's forum. Basically, 100 prototypes were made for testers who would pay I think it was $1000 or $1500 for the privilege to own one. Not all were equal. Not many takers. May never come to the consumer market. Not sure what current status is. Everything kind of went...

    Screws for Multi Kruzer

I think they are M4 metric screws. Try an automotive, motorcycle parts store. Homedepot will charge a lot more. Even a hobby shop catering to cars and airplanes.

Bandido or Silver Sabre which one to keep?

The Silver Sabre Micro Max has a cult following. Simple, effective, typical Tesoro depth. My other favorite was the Eldorado in the Micro Max housing.

    Vista ergonomics

It's the handle portion with the grip. I tend to like the handle angle found on the White's s-handles and will bend other s-handles to match. Then change the foam grip to that found on Tesorosesoros.
