    I'm back in pa from my nj vacation. After unpacking I went for a walk on the hill and along the stonewall I found this. It's a GAR domed button. Seems to be 1890s?There was like a cotter pin through the loop would that be original fastener?

    Rain clouds have silver lining

    This was the only other silver quarter I have found in 8 months of swinging same site but 40 yards away seams like it's burnt 🔥? It has little pimples all over it. I think this one is dated 1927
