    Simplex lower rod?

I'm 6' 2" tall so I had to extended the shafts out almost to their limits and the they started to get wobbly after about a year of use. I recently replaced the lower rod with the carbon fiber one and they also make a longer middle shaft (4 inches longer than the stock shaft) so I got that too. I...

Found this yesterday with my Garrett AT Max, I think it's a screw on earring.

Gotcha, I've never seen a earring backing like that. It almost looks handmade.

    Shovel for metal detecting.

I've been using this Predator Tools Phoenix shovel for the past year and I really like it. It's heavy but it digs a really nice plug.

I could be wrong but I don't think that's an earring.

Is the simplex spanking these other machines in these tests?

I've been using the T2 SE for several years and I got the Simplex over a year ago and like them both. The Simplex has some nice features not found on the T2 or F75 but performance wise I would definitely NOT say it "completely out classes" them. The Simplex has great performance for it's price...

Spanish Half Reale and some Relics from the farm fields

I'm pretty sure it was folded by a plow blade. It's not unusual to find bent / tacoed coins in the farm fields around here. The skeleton key was broken by the plow as well. Thanks Ma Thank you.

Spanish Half Reale and some Relics from the farm fields

I was working the tall grass on the edge of some Colonial Era farm fields and got into a little hot spot. Pulled a taco folded half Reale, skeleton key, early 1800's button and what looks like a broken watch winder key. I decided to unfold and flatten out the Reale the best I could. I can't make...
