    Now, I'm wondering how long ago it was lost, this person most likely had it insured, called in for a claim, got their money from insurance, and now has the ring returned to them..     Me personally, I've only gotten three. Oldest is 1932 and was 18 k The other was 10k and the last was stainless steel ( I think ) Mark ( ohio )

    I've only used one type and it is a garrett original black pin pointer. though I have had some issues with them over the yrs, I would just call their customer service number, explain the problem. they would pay for shipping back to them and send me a brand-new unit every time... doesn't get any...

    I'm with you buddy, last week here in NE Ohio was heavenly with temps in the high 60's to mid 70's. here on out its 30's with snow on the way. See ya next spring when the ground thaws.. Mark ( ohio )

    spent about 2 hrs at a large park sports field with the nox 600. Lots of quarters a few dimes some pennies too. I dug everything in the 10-17 range hoping for a gold ring. NADA.... Just one nickel ( rang a 12 ) all the rest was various sizes of aluminum junk, beaver tails, and old pull tab...
