    $.07 a plug....

Wife bought this for me back in 2002. Coin paper slides right over the coins in the tube. No runs , no drips, no sweat and no losing $$ at the coin star. Done rolling, looks just like Gunwolfs rolls of Bullion.

    $.07 a plug....

I roll, it's part of the hobbie for me. Sell at end of the year. Finding less fresh drops in my area and hunting down clad that's been lost for years. But those old babys are a tough bunch to clean. The rotten zincs , I toss.

    wheats and small .925

During my hunts I find a few Wheats from year to year. The key word here is Few. Another 4 and I'll have 10 for this season. Heck, I get excited digging 1965 Quarters! "Honey I just missed Silver by one year" !

Whining about no silver, then BINGO.

Old Coin, hitting a cluster like that these days ain't all that common. And the ring is the icing. Bet you had a heck of a time. Makes me Yellious. Good for you.

    Crusing off Bleacher Coast

Routine patrol turned into something else. Encountering some fresh drops, decided to loosen up my gauges a bit for shallow hunting. Collected a nice bit of coinage, than right nerd the end of the hunt, dug this shallow signal. About two inches. Some poor Souls token of Love! A 14K 8.7...

    While Patrolling off Bleacher Coast

Come apron a scattered convoy of fresh drops. So loosened up my gauges for shallow hunting. Enough targets to keep my digger busy. Surprisingly some stained coins left over from last year also. Than nere the very end of the hunt, dug a shallow signal, maybe two inches. Alas, some poor...

    W3hat is the pro mean?

Damp ground usually makes for better hunting vs hard and dry, keep on digging.

Walking liberty half and silver dimes kind of weekend!

The Nox is a great tool, but it's darn lucky to be in the hands of such a skilled hunter. The hunter picked the site, the site produced, and the machine cuts the Mustard. And another bit of history exhumed.

    Lethal Weapons brought these up.

Jim, I got mild dirt to dig also. But I use it a lot for salt water wading down the Gulf, extra quite. Plenty deep. So between land / sea it's getting used.

Anaconda is the Shovel. Sure is saving my wrist, working the deeper spots.

    Lethal Weapons brought these up.

Just some clad that's been buried for a good while. Using the Tarsacci with a 12 inch coil, and a neat plug cutting shovel scrapped up 21 coins 5 to 7 inches deep. This in a field that the coins have been diminishing. Had to call the hunt, got over 90 degrees out there. I'm not ready...

    I Need Some Info

Might be a good chance no one else has tried these on a Golden. I'd get a hold of Monte tell him what kind of hunting your gonna do and see what he has to say.

    My beep and digs...

I can't say enough about the Vista X. It's funny , how some time you can (call) a dime from a quarter , a corroded penny, and call a nickel within a % of times. It has the depth too. Depth for any machine has much to do with the operator has well as any machine. When there's good...

    looking at used AT pro...

Garrett has reduced the price on the AT Pro recently. Not much more than what your looking at. So there's that.

    leaking atpro

The AT Pro h been a great all around detector for me. As for water hunting, fresh water excellent, salt water not very. Every company gets a leaky unit now and then. Rather out of the box or used. The big plus is the AT Pro is made and backed by Garrett. They have got to have one of the...

how do you store your "keeper coins"????

I gave up on hiding my nice one's in drawers. So I've been displaying them on some furniture I refinished. Risky maybe, but their always in sight when I'm taking a break.
