    Your criticisms of XP don’t bother me at all, and I’m more of an XP cheerleader. For any criticisms you can’t argue they’re not technically innovative. If all they see is praise they won’t try to fix anything either.

    What exactly is the main purpose for the app and is there anyone planning to use it? I do hope XP puts out a guide to using it or makes an in-depth video ( in English Maybe Gary will produce a go terrain app video

    0.71 is a winner by most accounts, worth doing but certainly not a rush. Follow instructions paying attention to details like not using USB port 1 for example and must use windows and download updater as administrator. Otherwise goes quickly and offers very worthwhile upgrades.

    If you intend to dive be sure to get the bone conduction phones, otherwise maybe an 11” coil after spare coils are available. In any case you made a great choice. Good luck 🍀

    Because of the user comments and requests we wind up with a better product than one developed entirely by engineers. I think they call it crowd sourcing.

    remote lanyard

    I wouldn’t go without the lanyard. I also attached a wide elastic strap to the back of the remote cover so I can wear it on my arm. It is secure and it isn’t bulky at all cause it’s just an elastic loop not a bulky Velcro band.

    📸 Does anyone have a Picture of the D2 strap that you can fasten/unfasten the remote to the handle 📸

    I replaced the string on one end of the quick connector with thin elastic cord and tied it around the shaft end and the other side is sewn to the remote cover -not the remote itself.

    Just in case I checked if the screws in mine were tight ( they were) then put clear tape over it so they don’t fall out if they loosen. Have a 9” coil Deus 2 arriving tomorrow I’ll be sure to check the screws on it also

    The 1:8” jack is on the optional WS4/6 headphone adapter that goes on back of the “puck”. Cost is about $18
