How many class ring have you ever found ?? What is the oldest ?

Mark, it was 14K and rather odd shaped. No stone, not much like anything you'd see today. I found it many years ago with an old Toltec 100.

How many class ring have you ever found ?? What is the oldest ?

I have found many over the years but I hunt the beach and water a lot. Most I find these days are junk but I found a nice silver one a few months ago. The oldest I have found was 1923.

    Nokta Legend and Anfibio prices

I haven't called any dealers yet but as I look at prices on line I'm seeing better deals listed for the Legend than on the Anfibio. Anyone know why, the Legend is supposed to be their new flagship right?

    Concentric coils…

I love concentric coils. I mainly used machines equipped with concentrics until I bought a Deus. I loved the Tesoro Pantera and LST and used them for man-years with great success. I also owned CZ's for a long time. Then there was the Omega 8000 with it's concentric that absolutely loves...

First and second time out with the gold kruzer.

I've been looking at this machine for a while. How does the concentric coil handle bottle caps ?

WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COIN DESIGN?

That's definitely one of my favorite coins. I also like the Walkers and standing liberty quarters. The 1907-1933 gold eagles are great with many low mintages. And the 1915 2 1/2 and $50 gold commemoratives have a beautiful and very unusual design. (but who could ever afford one)

    The Blame Game

"Mysterious Hole", what a joke. A hole is a hole. The beaches everywhere around me are covered with holes. It's what kids do, they love digging holes at the beach. You'd have to shut down the beaches to stop it.

    Minelab Manticore

Anyone notice that large number on the screen? 88.... I'm assuming that's a VID number. That would be a big change.

here's a question regarding an old cz20..this morning for a water hunt

I like the new pinpoint better. Just tab it to turn it on and it stays on. another tap turns it off. You don't need to hold it down

    Gold class ring

I would start out with a mild acid like vinegar. you can heat it up and drop the ring in. Should be marked 10K on the inside but I have found some 14K.
