    O.71 has been working well for me and don't see the need for the 2.0. I may update to the 1.1 on my WS6 puck setup and compare with the full remote setup. I made another Deus 2 with another rod and spare coil/headphones. Good luck hunting.

    No computer needed to see the version you're running. It will take a computer to update the headphones though, using the single lead. I think they're shipped with the current update. Mine was. I'm currently running the 0.71 on the Deus2 and had to revert the headphones back to that version...

    I use the 11" and 13" coil. I get really good depth on the 11" and a little more coverage and depth with the 13". I've heard that 9" coil does pretty good too.

    Today's short hunt

    Got out for about 3 hrs today at my favorite spot. Digging was hard, going through roots and mud, and sinking bullets. Had a good time playing in the mud holes though. These were deep anyway but was hard digging. I was using the 13" coil, Deep HC, with my own tweaks. Thanks for looking.
