    I like to tinker... so would like to save a few programs of my own when I have a clue... also was offered the 800 for just $100 more than the 600... And the wireless earphones will be nice... when I can figure them out! Also the wm08 which can be used to attach headphones is nice... can stick in...

    First timeout yesterday with new Equinox it did the same thing at least 2 or 3x... I also hit the pinpoint button which after going back into detect mode seemed to help... I definitely will be playing with the settings after I get maybe 10-20 hours in... had to lower the sensitivity also down to...

    Thanks and I think the F-75 might turn out to be a good purchase for you. There was a guy near me used one, saw him by the forest preserves quite a few times before the forest preserves banned detecting here permit or not... I ended up getting the nox 800 a few weeks back.. seriously have not...

    Back at it after a few years

    I took my son out when he was younger...in 20s now...He found a silver superman pendant and got a feature article in Whites metal detecting newsletter... and some nice gifts! Have fun while she is young...glad I took the time to do those things...

    This is great news and congrats.. yes I am a small coil person myself.. I have the eclipse5.3 on the dfx and the excelerator 6 inch on the explorer.. going to try to switch back on the explorer the the regular factory coil...BUT this little coil was hot for silver just as I took my 10 year...

    That is terrible. Hopefully you have a speedy recovery, I had foot surgery about a year and a half ago, had therapy thought it would never end but helped. Well keep everyone updated...really bad news...
