After 2 years my I guess you could call a first generation Legend speaker has blown. Was using it on Beast Mode volume 3 when it hit a large target made a loud squeal and I knew what was happening. Blown Speaker. Have filled out a work order with Nokta and they have responded back by email. Suggested I load it back to V 1.13 to see if might solve the problem. Did not and sent back update. The headphones still operate the volume but getting to hot to use them. Hopefully will be covered by warranty or low repair fee. Luckily I bought a FindX the other day and had with me. It seemed to work well in the field its just not a Legend though. Waiting on reply from Nokta where to send for repair.

My speaker crapped out close to a year ago. Never tried to get it repaired, just use my wireless headphones.

Legend back from Andy At We Dig It In Missouri. I added 1.15 did a quick test in my yard found a 1997 quarter which is the year we built the house. On to a real old homeplace next weekend for another test. Thanks Andy and the others at We Dig It.

Sometimes when I turn my Anfibio Multi on there will be no sound. I have to restart it (sometimes multiple times) to get it to work. Filled out a work order, yesterday, but haven't heard back from anyone, yet.

Just send another email to Andy if thats where your gonna send. Took a few weeks but they got it repaired

Thanks for the reply, dank, but I do not know who Andy is?

Edit to add: Oh, okay, I see that you mentioned him in an earlier post. I'm not sure where it is going to go. Still have not heard from anyone.

I'm not too happy about having to pay the shipping cost to get their defective detector in for repair.

That's with all of them brother. You pay to ship it, they pay the shipping on the return back to you. Be happy if they didn't charge you to fix it if out of warranty. Tesoro and Fisher charges if out of warranty. Garrett is usually pretty good about not charging for repairs unless it's abuse or a really old machine.

Luckily, it ended up being a warranty speaker replacement.

I seem to remember Minelab sending prepaid shipping labels for warranty returns. Maybe I'm mistaken? Anywho, my Anfibio is back in bidness. :yo: Oh, plus it was received, fixed and shipped all in one day. Now that's service!
