The Separation from iron targets on the Manticore is amazing!!

I located this tiny target last week. which is an old stile striker for a Zippo lighter. It is two tiny brass gears attached to a steel cylinder in the middle. The Manticore was able to pick this up at 4 inches! Nothing can hide. (The background is the ridges on a paper towel)

I don't think it has anything to do with separation the CTX deus 2 and nox will do the same .
The return signal from the brass wheels is bigger than the return of the steel cylinder especially if it has the gear on top facing the detector . Glad you like your manti . sube

No doubt the Manticore is as good and probably better than most with the 2d screen. None are as good as we wish.
I too dug them things with all kinds of detectors.

The other 3 machines are great but they don't hold a candle to the Manticores performance. I have hunted them personally side by side and well never go back to older technology, JMO
I am glad not everyone has a Manticore, just a greedy a@#hole LOL
