Our Lil' Girl

I turned on the forum a short time ago to make this post when I came across Micheal's post, and I thought how both coincidental, and appropriate. Thank you Micheal. I posted close to two months ago that we lost our Lacy, our 8 year old Aussie suddenly. It was a tremendous loss to us all. We are all still grieving, especially our 5 year old blue Merle Aussie Luna. Luna has truly been lost without her big sister. We decided to get another Black Tri Aussie. We are Not replacing Lacy as that would be impossible to do. We are simply replacing a huge void in our heart that was caused by Lacy's passing. Lacy will Never be replaced nor forgotten. I told my wife that if Chloe, (the new pup) turns out to be a third of the pup that Lacy was, she will be Awesome. We had a chance to visit with Chloe and her litter mates yesterday, about an hours drive from our home. We are hoping too, that Chloe will help to lift Luna's spirits. Here are a few baby pic's Lol. Her expected due date (pickup date) is April 18th.

Thanks. This is one of the distinctive markings of the black-tri in the Aussie breed. We fell in love with the Aussie some years ago when a friend of ours got one. We really liked their intelligence, loyalty, really just about everything about the breed. This will be our 3rd Aussie girl. We look forward to getting her home and meeting her sister, Luna.
