carbon fiber scoop handle

I have a new water shovel , 1 3/8 inside diameter for handle . What size carbon fiber handle fits ? Not sure if 1 1/4 is correct . - thx

A 1 1/4 shaft will be a little big you might be able to turn it down a little to make it fit.m that is if it is solid.

A 1 1/4 would be a little small. Might be able to wrap it with something to fill the void.
