I am not sure if it is silver. At least it is a jewelry piece. Next to some bushes in a park it was found , i have scanned the area 50 times on previous detects and some how missed it. Lei engraved on it.

About 2 inches down , and yes i think fwcrawford is right , it's a pocket watch chain.
