Saved this one from a freshly bulldozed one room school house. I was pleased with the amount of gold so I gave it lemon juice bath and it really popped. The shield had lots of meat with a date of 1869.

HH That's a real nice save on the Eagle I button. Was the shank still attached? Beautiful good gilt.
