zinc & lye method

does anyone know of another good source of zinc besides old canning lids ? my supply is about gone and i havent dug many up lately.
 
Give me an education.........I throw away about a dozen of those lids a year..........what do you use them for?

I have considered it but with a three year old and three pets, it's not worth the chances to me.
