Good on ya Walt!! I am going up there in a couple weeks now that it is starting to cool off. I have met ya before at gold basin. Was up there with Bill and a few other Nuggetshooters.

Yes...the MXT is a gold magnet!!! I found one 3 inches down that was 1/2 grain! I was drywashing bigger pickers at Rabbithole, NV.

Very nice find. I love the way the MXT picks up the tiniest of targets. Love to see the nuggets. Thanks for sharing and HH, Nancy

It also finds gold, silver, diamonds, and emeralds.....a few of the rings I found since I got back from NV and northern CA prospecting 2 months ago....It is hard to focus because the bottom silver ring must have been worn by at least a 500 lb man.....

Now that's a BIG ring. :yikes: Have you weighed it? HH, Nancy

I recently found a tiny studd earring with my MXT with the D2 on it, It was a big surprise to me that I even heard it. It was giving me a nickelish read and I figured it was a deep coin but after I dug the plug I seen the pearl fall to the bottom of the hole so I'm sure it was right on top.
