Found this near a old game token:

Its appears to say: Quackenbush auto surplus 294 LEM, ORE. No 66

About silver dollar size

Upon examining my pics it came to me that there is an part of an "A" before LEM so it would make sense that the word is actually SALEM which is the capital of Oregon. Still cant find any record of that business. Just part of the puzzle solved.
