You never know what you'll find in a park

I thought I would post a few finds from some of my most recent hunts. The thing that startled me the most was finding the 30-30 rounds.
I'm glad I ran across them instead of a kid. I was working a very trashy area on the edge of a city park, and found them. The rest of the finds are just kind of cool
trash that aren't worth a thing other than for one of those thought provoking, "how did this get here?" thoughts.

Got to love how you just never know till you dig it and find it and enjoy the rush!

I enjoy digging the odd ball stuff as much as the coins............. unless it is a VERY good coin.

I find gun casings and sometimes the odd bullet/casing (hope I dont hit with my digger one day) in parks alot.Handguns, rifles and lots of starter pistol shots-sometimes armed.Kinda freaking the first few but it must be more common than one thinks.

My best is from a old gold camp (kinda expect it more there).Henry .45 handgun 1860's rimfire, bullet and casing (it was a dud).

Being that I'm in N

I think I would really enjoy hunting in Europe, especially with such a long history. The ordinance from the wars would be a scary element, especially bombs, grenades, artillery shells, and other things that turn your dig into a bad day.

Gad zooks just digging up a worm is scary enough for me.
I find ammo at least once a month in the parks. Some times live and sometimes spent.
You just never know what your going to find. Nice detecting Aurium... Happy Trails....Z
