when you post a picture like this, you know you've hit rock bottom.

i've heard that admitting your problem is the first step, so if anyone could direct me to a support group for people who have never dug any silver or gold i'd be grateful.:surrender:

mike.

ps. i think it's supposed to be a northrop F-5

I've been there many time. I like finding old toys. Now they are all made out of plastic. I think that is a nice find. Congratulations.

I am sure I can safely say we have all had those days. How long have you been dirt huntin' Mike? Is this a new hobby for you?

earthlypotluck, i've only been digging about three months now. i get clad pretty much everywhere i go with the 705.
my pinpointing has improved a lot after digging so much. i'm just chomping at the bit now for that "big score"
after seeing all the pictures of silver coins and gold rings on here. im still having fun though, i really like the new
detector and the technology involved.

mike.

Location(s) are key Mike. Do you know anyone (friends / family) that own older homes? Do you have old parks in town or nearby? Start with family / friends and see if they will allow you to hunt their property. Welcome to Finds and to a fun hobby. - Jim
