I have detected my yard with every detector I have owned. Bandido Micro Max, XLT, DI PRO, previous MXT and now my new MXT. Worked an area between the street and fence this afternoon and popped 3 pennies, 1 quarter and a silver ring. I have been all over this place with the exception of there. My house was built in 1930, and I seem to always come up with something. I tried to take a picture of the ring, but it was too blurry.

Lo all, I just sent off for a 5.3 w/a discount from White's for getting a new MXT from them and am anxious to see how it does in my old stomping grounds at the sports complex. HH all, KC

I did the same. That "Santa" discount was too good to pass up. I look forward to your experiences with it. Here in Colorado at the foot of Pikes Peak, the mineralization in the soil is extreme. I've got the 4x6 DD coming too. I'll let ouy knowe which works best. HH!

Tyrolus, IMHO you're going to like both a lot. The 4x6 is great in really heavy trash and the 5.3 is very good and serves as a leave on coil quite well.
