I was hunting with a friend of minein a old spot
We were not doing too well so we picked up on the way out I seen some very old cypress trees I said lets stop so we did and WOW....New silver spot! we never thought to hunt it.I walked away with 6 pieces of silver one of which a silver ring three dimes two of the three are Mercury dimes 2 silver quarters and the ring .The silver ring is an old egyptian style cross
Two weet pennys....My hunting partner did well to ...All in all not a bad day.when your fines are getting low and slow look out of the box.stop take a chance I'm sure glad I did. I tried to upload the pics but said it was too big can you tell me how to shrink it.

[size=large]to shrink the pics go to the MXT forum. first thread. you'll see the link. follow it. read carefully. it's tricky but very useful. you can only download one pic on this forun, Find forum, at a time so you can shrink all the pics you have and put them in your doc file after wards. then draw from that file one at a time. just delete one and download the next. there's probly a simpler way but i don't know it.

Good instincts lead to good finds. I hope you can figure out how to post the photos, I want to see that ring and those coins. I love those mercury dimes. I tried using photobucket, or whatever it's called, but my little weak mind could not figure out what I was doing wrong. I got some program from microsoft that lets me resize my photos called power toys that works in XP only that I use. Good luck.

I figured out the problem with the pics.I had the resolution up too high. Check them out guys let me know what you think. Will be going back Saturday and Sunday this week....Will post pics of my finds for those two days.Happy hunting to all.

Good hunt, I found a similar spot, it gave me one of my most prized coin, a 1918s us quarter, one mint mark from a jackpot...still have it.

It really is one of the best hobbies to be in...THing.I here people say there's nothing to find any more its just not there and so on.Take a chance I did and it really payed off.The guy that was with me said ur sure about this I dont think there's anything there.Now he won't stop calling me wanting to hit the new spot...Get out
