You Are What You Eat

This is a lesson I've had to learn twice in my life now. The first time was when I contracted leukemia and the second time was a few months ago when, out of necessity, I went gluten free. My MD has openly stated that everyone would benefit from doing the same, as GMO grains are NOT healthy by any stretch of the imagination. There is a nation-wide movement to get the US Food & Drug Administration to require GMO labeling on all pre-packaged foods products in the US and it's gaining popularity among governmental officials.
