Me: "Man, 'Ol Les might be able to appreciate these."
Lori: "Who? Who's Les?"
Me: "He's one of the guys on the Garrett forum. He lives in Nova Scotia. Cool, huh?"
Lori: "Oh, one of THOSE guys. Where'd you say...Nova Whoosis?"
Me: "It's in Canada, hon, above Maine."
Lori: "Isn't it too cold for a detector to work up there?"
And so it goes.
** Somehow I got on Anheuser-Buschs' good side and they sent me some Budweiser tokens. I think they are greens markers for golfers. Naturally, I thought of Les and his pal, Bud.[/size]
