Got up yesterday morning and decided to do some good old penny popping in some areas where the potential to get silver coins and rings was high. Of course, one must eat a good breakfast to put in a hard days hunt. So......I fried up some "MOOSE SAUSAGE" and eggs, flavoured it with hot garlic sauce and yum yum it was! :)

I wasted no time getting out the door, and hit some older areas from the 40's on up. I got lots of pennies from the 40's and some wheat cents, usually a good indicator of silver coin possibilities. After over 182 knee-bends, I did manage to get one silver dime. I also got a cool play money half buck piece, as shown below.

I must add that the imaging sure allowed me to leave a lot of junk in the ground. Once you learn it and understand it's limitations, popping a lot of coins gets easy.
