Yesterday's Foggy Bottom Swamp Hunt

Found an older baseball diamond on a vintage aerial photo in a park near my house so I decided to go and check it out. It was very foggy and WET. The spot is now all overgrown meadow and marsh (how was this a baseball field 50 years ago???)
The amount of screwcaps and pulltabs that I was hearing told me I was in the right place. I only hunted about an hour and a half but ended up doing pretty well. I got a pocket spill with a '35S Merc, a '42S war nic, a smooth SLQ and 2 wheats - they were all stuck together! Also got another Merc (42), a '60 Rosie and 8 wheats plus an old marble.

Sweet finds !!!!
