Yesterdays finds

Went back to the Varina spot yesterday. Called the homeowner for permission the previous day. No answer...but he did return the call. Said come on down, you're more than welcome, gate will be open...have fun. He is one the nicest fellows I've known for getting permission. My brother found these with the MXT. We found a total of 15 bullets. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful finds. Love seeing those rescued from the ground. It's awesome that the landowner gave you permission also. Have you showed him your finds? It would be cool to give him a couple of those bullets if he's interested in them. Maybe he's got a grandson, or someone that would appreciate them also. HH and thanks for sharing, Nancy

He usually turns down the bullets. I've offered to bring another detector for him to use but he says it's not his thing, but he says to go out and have fun anyway. Nice guy!

Now that's cool. You don't see too many land owners like that. He's one special guy! It's nice to hear stories like this. HH, Nancy
