Yesterdays' finds, there's still silver and gold out there to be found!

Went to a site that I scouted last April, I was just waiting for the weeds to die down. My partner and I drove 80 miles on a day that should have been 50 and sunny, only to endure 38 and rain! No matter, we still had fun.

End of day results after Site #1 (old homesite) and Site #2 (State Park picnic area)

1904 Barber dime
(3) Wheaties
(15) clads of mixed denomination
(1) silver ring
(1) unidentified token with a hole for necklace or bracelet mounting
My partner (Mom) found a nice gold band with 2 stones, possibly a diamond and an amethyst.

Nice finds.. good to wait for the underbrush to die, need warmer weather and NO SNOW!

I've been know to hunt in the cold with hand warmers as long as the ground isn't frozen. I'm heading up your way tomorrow for a meeting with detector in tow. Not real close, more up near my son's College. I may just have to pull over and exchange the dress clothes for detecting clothes late tomorrow afternoon, going to be 60 degrees. Well, 60 where I live, not necessarily where you live, LOL. Any snow on the ground?
