Yesterdays Finds At The Giving Park

Went back to the Giving Park thinking it was time to find Silver again. Did find a 1948 Rosey and a 1898 IH and Three Wheat's, Two 1924's and 194?.

Also found some interesting things including the front of a Navy Button possibly from WW11 and a Good Luck Pendant from a Radio Show called "Just Plain Bill" that ran from 1933 through 1955.

Other items are a matter of interpretation, parts of a gear? then there is a part of a little gun made of Bronze?

Thank You For Viewing

Hi Eva,

Some nice finds there. Now deep were the smaller pieces (the ones in front of the bullet)? They look like the teeth of a chainsaw chain.

Believe it or Not, Almost every find in this Park has been within four inches and the soil is soft and forgiving..Unbelievable!

Do these teeth look like they come from a older model of a chain saw? Because they seem so much nicer than the material that chain saws have today.

Another Navy button?? you are on a roll with those. Congrats.

They are definitely from an older style chainsaw. The design is different from what is used today. Sorry, but I cannot date from off the top of my head.

there's still silver in that park? I pulled nine silver coins and one silver ring...congrats on the silver! and the other very cool finds. see ya again when I am feeling better,:detecting:
