Yesterday's digs

Here we are heading out at sunrise, on the road an hour already.

Went to some old long gone RR lines and dug a bunch of date nails - 50-60 of them. They ranged from 1908 to 1911. Also dug a US Army insignia button. All these things were found with our detectors. These are fairly hard to find and worth some bucks. I have a collection of them all and upgrade a few of them with better finds each trip.

Here's a typical desert scene. Our railroad line is out there and if you did no research you probably wouldn't be able to find it. What great weather we had, typical winter day.

Congrats on the old date nails!
 
in a couple weeks back there. Going to all new places,3-4 days, lots of them. Friend cant make it so Nancy will go along. You can replace her !! Steve
