Yesterday's 45 min. hunt at the Hudson River

Got out for another quick hunt last night to my favorite old beach site by the Hudson. It was a perfect opportunity to test out the new Sunray ProGold headphones and Lesche shovel which were both a PLEASURE to use for sure. Managed an awesome conditioned 1937 Buff nickel (unfortunately NOT the D mintmark 3 legged version but nice nonetheless). Also snagged some other odds and ends including a sterling ring with a missing stone. The other 2 weren't jewelry though. The gold colored Brookfield button made my heart skip a beat as it looked like a $1 gold coin when I first dug it out of the sand. Anyone know anything about buttons? I couldn't find it on the internet. It says Brookfield J.A.W.A Co. on it. Anyone? HH, George
