Man, this T2 is killing it on areas I've pounded with the ATP and etrac. Yesterday dug 18 three ringers at my honey hole. By far my best bullet digging day ever and this is sort of unheard of in eastern pa. Also got an awesome gold cuff link with initials CF, an Indian head penny 1882, and a J hook plus some other cool odds and ends.
Today went back to my old pounded park and all I can say is I missed some deep nickels! Got two buffalos, 3 war nickels all P mint from 1943, and 5 older Jefferson's the oldest from 39. Also dug the ring with cowboy on a horse and some clad. Had an hour left so I went to my local woods site and managed a bunch of wheat, another buff, and the silver Rosie.
So far I can say this T2 classic is an all around great detector. Has very respectable separation, great depth, and hits on mid-lower conductors hard but can also pull silver. Pretty impressed for such an older detector. I think they were introduced in 2006. Shows that the older units can still hang with the newer technologies!
