Got out for 2& 1/2 hrs with the 250 and found a total of $ 3.84 including 11 quarters,8 dimes, only 2 nickels and 19 pennies, a 1945s wheatie and a gold plated ring with a pearl and two diamonds, and Im sure its all fake but it looks nice. The ring hit as a nickel as did quite a bit of trash in the same area.Mostly detected in Coins, sometimes switching to Relic to doublecheck an iffy nickel reading. The ground was hard but used my Uniprobe to make recovery faster and easier.Smallest object was that small round gray disk to the left of the ring in the pic.The 250 will hit on objects much smaller then that.Quite pleased with the Yellow Fellow:))

good hunt. in my area, pull tabs are everywhere. if i dug everyone, i'd be a millionaire just from them. i have a 250 and am curious why you went to relic mode to confirm the nickel?

bounced to foil and back and wasnt locking on.Normally I like to go to the jewelry mode but its easier to just go up one to relic.Guess Im lazy:laugh:
