Went out after supper to a high school bus stop that I figured would be littered with coins and junk. I used the 4 1/2" sniper coil on the ACE 250 and bagged 154 coins in about three hours. And......I found a nice silver ring with some mother of pearl embedded in the ring.

Here's a pic of the Yeller Feller Diver with that ring sitting on his scuba air tanks.

Looks like I need to find me some High Schooler hang outs. Score!

Last year, a bunch of us Garrett folks were hoping Garrett would come out with a single frequency water machine. It never happened, so a bunch of us did some brain-storming on designs for our own Garrett single frequency water detector. Below is my version of the ACE 150 water machine........"AQUA ACE"

Hey John,

Are you using that 150 in fresh or salt water?

The reason I ask, my Ace 250 goes wacky in salt water. I have to turn the sensitivity down to three, and it still gives false signals quite a bit.

Nice pics John! I shouldnt wonder it a waterproof bag slung at the shest wouldnt do as well. THanks

Not a surprise about the ACE in the salt.

You do nice work, John

Nice ring bud. You're hitting those pretty regular now. I've been on a dry streak for rings and it's ticking me off. :)

BIll
