Yella Fellla found Gold

Gulf Huntress

New member
Well, the Ace 250 is my best friend. He found me Gold on my Monday Hunt. Searched a recluse place, it is loaded with loot, we just have to find it. The area I searched use to be under water, but is now exposed for all to see. Not much clad, but at least I found a 14K ring. I am happy with that. Enjoy.

Welcome Gulf Huntress, (spouse of Gulf Hunter I presume :cheekkiss:)to the Garrett forum. We have lots of fun and information available here. You got a great machine for dry-dock hunts. It seems to really like gold, as soooo many have pulled out gold with this machine.

As for the name, well a couple of winters I took the ACE machine out for a winter hunt. Not expecting any real finds at all, I took my camera along as I like photographing wildlife. The area I was in runs along the north Saskatchewan River in Edmonton, and has many trails running through an area of coniferous & deciduous trees. The birds here are so tame that they will eat out of your hands, so I have in the past taken my kids along, put seeds in their hands, on their heads and shoulders for some real interesting photos. I used the same process, only I put the seeds on my ACE instead. Here are the photo's that prompted the name "Yeller Feller".......

It showed up as Gold, right in the middle. Sometimes a penny will read gold, but it flip flops. I was assuming that the ring was a penny, but bpy was I wrong, so glad that I dug it up anyways.

Yes, I am the spouse of Gulf Hunter. I love my yella fella.
I always take it with me when we hunt, that way if I get tired of hunting in the water I can hunt land and find lots of clad. I love your pics they are great.
