because ye ask not. This, of course , is from the Bible. However, we sometimes can apply things to our everyday lives.

From one who hates to ask for hunting permission = yesterday I was at a school and the play area was totally locked up with teachers only there. Well I checked the gates and saw them locked and started to leave. Then I saw a school groundsman working and went to him and asked if he could unlock a gate so I could detect the play areas. He said sure and did so. To make a long story short - this is where I dug one of the gold rings, the silver ring and about 3/4 of the coins that I posted yesterday.

So maybe I'll remember this and take my own advice and ask more often, Steve in so az
 
From the land of the Bluenose...when doing a school property I always keep the ugly stuff that I find incase the caretaker comes by..opens doors too. Congrats on your recent great hunts!
