It's 39 down here and suppose to git to mid 30s in Galveston Co. TX. That's purty cold fer around here. Ya'll probably still wear shorts in that kinda weather huh? I'm puttin' the neoprene waders on this weekend! I need a drysuit. Max and I 'er thinkin' about some kayak drysuits fer about 1/2 the price of the diving models. GH

Here's a shot out my back door:

It got down to about 10 degrees F ABOVE zero last night. I'm not exactly sure how much we got, but it's somewhere around 7". It started as freezing rain, then went to sleet, and finally, snow. If it had all been snow, we'd probably have over 12" of it. I know not that far to our north DID get 12" of the Fluffy White Crap.

I sure dont miss those days.
Hated working in the stuff, but loved it when vacationing.

GH, I bought a farmer john wetsuit.
I put on the wetsuit bottoms and booties, then my neopreme waders, then the wetsuit top with gloves & hood. Looks goofy but I was in the water on November 16 it was snowing and I was toasty warm. I'm in Michigan this setup is definetly going to extend my season, now if I can just get away from the shop!!! hh
