Hi Friends, Today I went to and very old house built in 1650. I found a lot of ammunition and one coin also a Very old Religious Medal from XVI Century.

[size=large]very nice finds. now how about some history on the house and ammo. are they tied in together? is the ammo old or new? was it left over from old rebellions? that medallion was made to last. pretty solid looking. any idea on the kind of medal?
congragulations. hope they aren't your last.

widebody I found those near to the old house.
The medal is from Europe of San Ignacio de Loyola Spanish Priest and was made in the XVI century.
The old house was a place were Spanish people fought with Indian in 1670.
The ammo looks like old Winchester Rifle.

Very neat finds! I wish I could go out and detect but there is about 20 cm of snow on the ground and it is right around 0 degrees C. Good luck and happy hunting!

[size=large]that's some interesting history. i've never heard of the spanish fighting any indians in argentina. i've very limited knowledge of south america.
seems this world we live on isn't so big after all. thanks for sharing.
