I have had this ole golf cart for years it was my moms. She used it to go back and fourth from her house to mine. She passed away about 5 years ago now and it has sat for awhile..Since my lovely wife let me :jump: buy a xterra I decided to fix it up for her. . New battery's a little bed for the back so she can haul flowers and tools around the yard it will be handy for her..Well after a thousand dollars in battery's and bed and brackets. I'm knee deep in the thing. I'm cleaning every electrical connection, they were corroded.. I was cleaning a brass nut they put on the resistor bar. i was using a wire brush on my dremel tool and THWING it went flying.:rage:.GREAT! I looked and looked--- where am i going to get a brass nut ?..I live in the country and didn't want to go on a scavenger hunt to find a nut. I looked and looked and couldn't find it..Then I went and :detecting: and there she was hidden down in the grass all corroded and blending in like a part of the dirt I was :clapping: I took precautions after that so that wouldnt happen again..Anyways the ole Exterra sure came in handy...Now to get this thing done so I can go hunting..later friends..:super:
