XT70 GREAT SERVICE

A couple months ago I sent in my XT70, :cause it was erratic, and wouldn't lock on any numbers. When I got it back, it did the same thing, so I sent it back with a note. I got it back today, with the old coil, and a new DD med freq 101/2 inch coil. I've only tried it for a couple minutes in the house, but it seems to work ok. They have sure always done right by me. Just wanna give credit when it's due

Nice to hear good reports , seems most people just want to talk about the bad. Thanks for sharing that .

Thanks for letting us know how your episode finally worked out. Glad to hear they got it right. HH Randy

I also had an issue with my detector. I sent it in and they actually called me to tell me they had received the detector!! Two weeks later I called to check on the status of the detector and they actually called within a few hours:thumbup: It seems they are really trying to improve on the customer service. To actually get a call the same day hardly ever happens, from any company!!

nice to hear good reports on Minelab customer service. you're gonna like that 10.5" coil, i got one for my xt70 last year and it works great, pretty deep too. I just don't recomend it for real trashy or heavy iron areas. likes to read rusty old bottle caps as quarters.
